Lou was an Air Force veteran who served as a medic before dedicating 37 years to St. Luke's Hospital in Wellington as an X-ray technician. His love for hunting, fishing, vehicles, and collecting is evident throughout this exceptional estate.

BUYER'S PREMIUM: A 15% buyer's premium will be added to each purchase.
PAYMENT: Accepted forms of payment include Visa, MasterCard, Discover, local check (under $1,500), and cash. Vehicle assets must be paid using Cash, Certified Check, or Bank Wire (Credit Cards are not an acceptable payment method for vehicles). Payment must be made before picking up any items.
EXTEND ALL/DYNAMIC CLOSING: The auction will close on Wednesday, April 30. PLEASE NOTE! There are TWO catalogs. The first will have lots beginning to close at 1:00 pm; the second catalog will begin closing at 3:00 pm. The closing time of all lots will be automatically extended an additional 2 minutes whenever a bid is placed within the last 2 minutes on any lot.

LOAD OUT: Winning bidders may pick their items up at Wellington KS (exact date will be on your invoice) on Thursday, May 1, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (There will be a link on your invoice to schedule an appointment). Any items left after the specified load-out dates will be considered forfeited unless alternate pickup or shipping arrangements are made. It will be the buyer's responsibility to dismantle and disconnect any and all equipment. Please bring your own tools, labor, packing materials, and moving equipment.
WARRANTY & CONDITION OF ITEMS SOLD: All items are sold 'AS IS, WHERE IS, with NO WARRANTY expressed or implied. It is the responsibility of the buyer to determine the condition of the items and bid accordingly. Items part of a court ordered sale are subject to court approval.
