Directions: From Highway 24/Gordon Terry Parkway & McEntire Lane in Decatur, Alabama, travel north on McEntire Lane approximately 0.3 mile. Turn left onto Old Trinity Road and travel approximately 3 miles. Turn left onto North Seneca Drive. Immediately turn right onto Mountain Home Road and travel approximately 1 mile where County Road 222 begins. Travel approximately 3.2 miles to auction property on the left.

· This is an ONLINE auction only.
· A 10% Buyer's Premium & 7% Sales Tax will be added to the highest bid price to arrive at the final purchase price. No taxes will be added.
· Winning invoices will be emailed by 11 PM auction night to the email address used for registration.
· Payment in full is due on Friday, March 11th. Cash or check (payable to Fowler Auction) is preferred method of payment. Credit card payments are acceptable. If you wish to charge the card you have on file, just ask.
· Pick up will be Friday, March 11th between 9 AM - 1 PM. If you cannot pick up for yourself or arrange for someone else to pick up for you, please do not bid.
NOTE: It is very IMPORTANT that every Bidder read and understand the terms & conditions BEFORE bidding (either online or LIVE). Each Bidder is solely responsible for inspecting this property BEFORE bidding (property is sold AS IS, WHERE IS).

Personal Property: A 10% Buyer's Premium and Lawrence County General Sales Tax of 7% will be added to the highest bid to arrive at the total purchase price. Sales tax will not be charged for the vehicle. Therefore, Buyer is personally responsible for applying for the title and paying ad valor em tax at his/her courthouse. Payment in full auction day (payable to Fowler Auction) is required before purchases may be removed from auction site.
If for any reason the Buyer fails to make full payment in accordance with the terms above, the Buyer will be liable for the unpaid balance still due and owing, plus interest in the amount of twelve percent (12%) per annum from the auction date and reasonable attorney fees and expenses for collection as a result of said default.
SERVER, SOFTWARE TECHNICAL OR INTERNET ISSUES: In the event there are technical difficulties related to the server, software, or any other online auction-related technologies, reserves the right to extend bidding, continue the bidding, or close the bidding. NEITHER THE COMPANY PROVIDING THE SOFTWARE NOR FOWLER AUCTION & REAL ESTATE SERVICE, INC. SHALL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR A MISSED BID OR THE FAILURE OF THE SOFTWARE TO FUNCTION PROPERLY FOR ANY REASON. DEFAULT: If purchases are not settled by the specified closing/pick up day, it will be considered in default. Upon default the bidder will be black listed/blocked from bidding on Fowler Auction & Real Estate Service, Inc.'s auctions, as well as MarkNet Alliance auctions and may be charged 10% of bid price or $500, whichever is greater. All defaulted items may be offered to the next highest qualified bidder at the discretion of Fowler Auction & Real Estate Service, Inc.
Any dispute between Fowler Auction & Real Estate Service, Inc., its Agents or Representatives, and the Buyer(s) will be tried in a court of jurisdiction in Madison County, Alabama (or county designated by Fowler Auction). By bidding on the property, buyer agrees to all terms and conditions set forth.
Buyer and or Bidder agrees to hold harmless and indemnify Fowler Auction & Real Estate Service, Inc. and its Agents and its Representatives from any and all claims, damages or suits including but not limited to awards, judgments, costs, fees, etc.
